1. All items offered for sale should be priced.

2. Sales slips should be given and should include the seller's name and address.

3. Store policy regarding terms of sales such as deposits, right of return or credit, delivery, etc., should be prominently posted. Applicable terms should be included on the sales slip.

4. All merchandise should be honestly represented. Damaged, repaired, or restored items should be so identified. Particular care should be taken to identify reproduction and centennial items.

5. Dealers should encourage mutual assistance, while not limiting competition.
